We received the email with the download link but our Mcafee scan will not allow the download due to the following error:

There is a note about this for the premiumpack:

Riskware.Rmadmin.469504

Rmadmin refers to the remote control software : lsremote.exe
Riskware means that remote control software is a risk. (because of the potential abuse)

If you want to use the remote control feature you can safely ignore this.
