Issue
When searching the MIB Library in Lansweeper On-Prem, the search does not return any results and continues loading indefinitely (spinner keeps spinning). No error message is displayed.
Cause
This issue is typically caused by one of the following:
- The Lansweeper installation is outdated and missing recent fixes related to the MIB Library.
- Required external Lansweeper services are blocked by configuration settings, preventing the MIB Library from loading correctly.
Resolution

Step 2: Configure Allowed Content Domains (Workaround)
If your Lansweeper installation is already up to date and the issue persists, apply the following workaround.
- On the Lansweeper server hosting the web console, open the ConfigEditor tool:
- Navigate to the Website tab.
- Add the following appSetting:
- Click Save configs and restart service.
- Once the service has restarted, reload the web console and test the MIB Library search again.
