Problem seeing computers

We have several computers showing up red. We are getting the following error:

Remote WMI test

\root\cimv2 Remote WMI access test FAILED
The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)

Remote Registry test using WMI
-----------------------------------------------
\root\default Remote WMI access test FAILED
The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)

Please help.

In Component Services, there is a red arrow next to My Computer (cannot start MS DTC). What does the "red arrow" mean? Can you please help? Thanks!

Turning Windows fire wall off helps - but not all... still need help one this error:
