First of all. let me congratulate you on the superb enhancements made to Lansweeper 4. That said, I've found a problem with all my virtual servers running on Hyper-V (both Windows 2008 and Windows 2008 R2 hosts).
The reported memory for any of those virtual machines is always 64MB (image attached). Any hint?

Not really (at least, that I know of). Hyper-V allows you t define *any* amount of memory, provided the host has enough to spare. Memory can be expressed by any amount, although I like to keep it in standard sizes (you may define 327MB, 1000MB, etc.) As for this machine goes, it is defined as 4096MB. Please find below the output you've asked (although somewhat inconclusive).

In hype-v can you see how many slots you assigned and how much ram each.
Could you post the output of "wmic class win32_physicalmemory" on this machine.

I'm seeing this same behavior. VMs running on Hyper-V report having 64MB of RAM. The actual Hyper-V server reports the correct amount of RAM.

Hi
I would really appreciate some feedback on this issue.

Neither do I, I'm sure. What I can tell you is that all Hyper-V virtual machines I have here have are reported as having a memory DataWidth of 72 (and only those). That is the only variation I'm watching on the Lansweeper tables.

The capacity is calculated in bytes (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa394347%28VS.85%29.aspx)
If you count (16777216/1024/1024) * 4 slots you get 64MB

I don't know if this is a known hyper-v problem?

Of course.
These are for VM's named 62 and 67. VM 62 is a Windows 2008 virtual machine and VM 67 is a Windows 2008 R2. Both have virtual memory settings of 4GB each. VM 62 has one virtual processor and VM 67 4 virtual processors. Host is a Windows 2008 Enterprise machine.

Could you post the output of tables tblphysicalmemory & tblphysicalmemoryarray for one of these computers please.
