Problems wit Report

Hello
I just got a Problem trying to edit 2 Reports.

Report 1 " AVG Antivirus installed "
Invalid Token ´Collate at Position 595 at Line 1`

Report 2 " No F-Secure installed
Invalid Token ´Collate at Position 734 at Line 1`

every other Report workt fine.
Did anybody has an Idea?
