Hello..,
a free-lansweeper user asking question
my lsclient is triggered via a login script.
what really makes a computer falls into "never scanned OS" category?
I've tried running the lsclient manually.., directly from that specific workstation but still no luck.
anything else I should pay more attention to fix this?
thank you!

I see..
it mentioned "Cannot connect to DCOM port 135" and the famous "The RPC server is unavailable 0x800706BA".
I've followed all the steps in the knowledge base regarding the RPC error.
but not yet trying to repair wmi using the tools you provide.

When you click on the computer you should see the "errors" tab on the website with a detailed error.
