relocated server to new data port, now no scan taking place

a little insight please...I shut down and moved my LS server on 4-21-09, went on paternity leave (just had a baby girl) 🙂 and now that I'm back i checked my error log to see that since the server came back up in it's new home that it has not scanned anything. no settings have been changed and the error log shows
4/21/2009 8:49:23 AM: The server is not operational.

...blew the old install away and reinstalled lansweeper on the same server...as a result i now need my premium tools number. thanks!

Do you scan with active scanning or with lsclient.
If you use active scanning, please post screenshots of your configuration.

It's most likely a dns issue
