When trying to remote control a system from the Web Console...I am receiving a port 445 not open...Both system our on my LAN and not ports are being blocked? I have shut off the Windows Firewall on the LANSweeper server and the workstation that I am trying to connect to.
I have followed the article that you sent and I am still getting the same error message. I also followed the WMI access is denied document on both the lansweeper server and the client.....no luck
