Report to exclude Assets with Docs attached

I'm trying to get a report together which will Exclude any Assets that have a Document Attached.
I know there's a tblAssetDocs table, and with my limited sql knowledge, have not been able to successfully exclude PCs with Docs.

Any help much appreciated.
