Hi there,

We've got several pc's connected to LanSweeper. Now is there an overview on computer level what software that there is installed on that particular pc. Sometimes this is unauthorized and the finally the software have to be removed.

When I remove the software, reboot and logon on again to that pc LanSweeper will not be updated. The old software still excist in the database. Is there a possibility that the uninstalled software will be removed in LanSweeper...

But will LanSweeper delete all the "old" values that were on that computer??

Please take a look at the "Waittime" for software.
Most likely it is set to a couple of days.
