In "Digital dashboard" in computer in domain "domainname" description of computer has wrong codepage: displayed as "????????".
in "Automatic services which are stopped on servers" same problem: Caption filed has "??????????"
All description in Russian.
But in software report program with Russian symbols displayed normally.
