Scanning down an AD/OU tree

Is it possible to scan down an OU tree, within our domain we have an OU for all of our test machines which are placed within sub-OU's below that test OU we had wanted to scan the sub OU's by starting at that top OU without having to enter each one manually, is this possible?

All right, let me look at my set up maybe I have an entry wrong since I don't seem to be getting back all the machines that I'm expecting to be getting back on the scan.

In active scanning if you enter the top ou it will scan all the sub-ou's as well.
