Scanning errors

I was reviewing some computers and noticed that the scan results were in correct. Lansweeper listed a 2 processor computer as having on ly one processor. This gets me nervous as with errors I can't trust the data. IS there nay way to force, update or verify a scan and the results?

Could you post screenshots where you see this behaviour?
(it could be multiple cores?)
