Please read the documentation. In order for Lansweeper to scan a computer, the lsclient must be run on that computer. Lsclient will run momentarily, telling the server "I'm here, scan me", then closing. The best deployment strategy I've found is to put the client on a share, and create a user GPO to run it during login (by doing it this way, you keep an accurate account of where your users are).
