Still trying out the std version and I cannot fiqure out how to creat any report. An admin guide would be a great addition to this product.

Please help me create any report....................LOL

Not exactly, but the Management Studio I mentioned will give you a GUI interface to the database, and I can point you in the right direction for visually creating these views (via diagram or criteria table).

Can it be done thru the GUI and not using SQL manager? I do not know any Sql.

The premium version contains a GUI sql builder but you still need some basic sql knowledge.

To create a report (best done with SQL Server Management Studio Express):

1) Create a new view in the DB. Use naming standards set by other views. Yes, you will need to know SQL to do this.

2) Add an entry to the Tsysreports table that references the view your just created.

3) The new entry will now be available when selecting reports to show in the GUIConsole.

The premium edition comes with a report builder that simplifies some of the process
