When someone is not logged in, SOMETIMES, the screengrab program will not give it's usual error and instead give the last screenshot that perhaps was taken some time ago.
This makes it very confusing.
An example is, we recently used screengrab on a pc. it showed someone working on a desktop.
we then connected to the pc and it was at the Xp logon screen. not locked but logged out.
Normally, when someone is not logged on you get an error of "cannot find the file specified".
