Good Morning,
We are using LanSweeper and it is installed on a Management Server which is off the doamin from the main group of user computers. When we run the "ScreenGrab.exe" tool:
\\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\lansweeper$\screengrab {computer}
I get the the following error:
--> Unable to contact host "pal-lt-18" : Access is Denied
--What I think is going on here is that the ScreenGrab.exe is using the computer account (which is not on the domain so it is using the a non domain account to connect). Is there a way that I can have the screengrab.exe tool use a specific username / password to connect?
PLEASE HELP!

You can use the built-in "runas" tool from windows (same for lsremote)
