Seems like we are getting this error most of the time since upgrading the premium tools. As in the past when the program launches, you can continue to click the "Take Screeshot" button over and over again to update the current image without any issue...

I am using lansweeper to alert for disk errors and ntfs errors. however it sends about 100 duplicate emails (only different time stamp) each time the event hits the eventlog. is there some way to filter the same alerts within each polling period? -- ...
