We have an issue when connecting to the webpage of lansweeper in "Digital Dashboard". With IE7 or IE8 when we try to run a search on computer, user or software we got an error:

Message: 'document.getElementById(...)' is null or not an object
Line: 15
Char: 9
Code: 0
URI: http://llnasset/lansweeper/

while in Firefox just nothing happens.

The issue is the same if we move to "Software Reports".

If we go to the other tags i.e. Hardware reports, Server reports or General reports, the search works fine.

Any idea for this bug...

Hi,

I have the same error.

the search function is only functionnal on the page named "software reports". I can't search for computers,users or softwares on any other page.

We can't reproduce the problem.
Which version of Lansweeper are you running?

no in fact I can enter the search and the selection appears in the drop down list. The errors appears when I select one item

Do you get this as soon as you start typing?

When the problem occur the only effect is that on the bottom of the IE it show "Error on Page"and when I click on that I got following pop up :

Could you post a complete screenshot of this please.

Was this always not working from the start?
