Server died and moving Premium Edition to new server

I was running the Premium Edition of Lansweeper on a desktop computer "glorified server" and the computer died. I set up a different computer with Lansweeper and tried to to use the same key code but it will not work. Help?

Please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with screenshots of the following:
- How you applied the license key to the configuration console. Under Lansweeper\Home, hit the “View license key” button and show us the entire configuration console window.
- Your web console landing page. You can access your landing page by clicking on the Lansweeper logo in the top left corner of the web console. Please show us the whole page.
