Shared Printers

I am running ver. 4.1.0.18. Is there a way to add printers that are shared on a client, i.e. don’t have their own IP address? I can add manually but won't get the meter counts etc. Thanks

If the printer is not accessible by ip address it will not be possible to scan the meter count.
