Software report that only reports software in add/remove programs

Hi,

Is there any way of running a report that displays all software installed that only appears in add/remove programs.

As the built in report shows all exe's on machines which give a unrealistic result.

Lansweeper displays the same software information found under Add/Remove Programs. It does not search for exe files.
