Software scanning on 64 bits systems

we have recently upgraded Lansweeper to version 3.2, but the installed software on our 64 bit systems are not beeing scanned. Do we need to make any adjustment in the configuration on the new Lansweeper version?

The problem is confirmed, there will be a fix for it in the next version (a beta should be ready by the end of the month)

@steen, could you also confirm that it is random?

@Lansweeper, I'm not 100% certain if it is random. I can't see all 32 bit software in Lansweeper, but I'm not sure if the software should be scanned.

An example is MSXML 6.0 Parser. It shows in "Add or remove Programs" but not in Lansweeper.

32 bit : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
64 bit : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

What Registry Values is LANSweeper looking for in the Uninstall Keys? This may give us a clue to what is going on.

Also just to see I also ran the lsclient.exe from the server, no change in the information collected.

Yes the software shows up in the Add/Remove Programs list. I was incorrect in assuming it was all 32bit applications. It appears to be random on which applications show and which do not, both 32bit and 64bit.

I am using Lansweeper 3.2 and it is also not reporting all installed software on my 64bit machines, it appears to report some but not all.

This includes all Windows XP x64, Windows 2003 x64 & Windows 2008 servers.

Additional Information:
I have attached both the registry hives for:

HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
