Some Dell Service Tags not populating

Any reason why some of my servers do not have the Dell service tag populated?

Not sure. Not something I can check for a while. I presume that is the determining factor? Is there a way for me to add it to the server manually via Lansweeper?

You can add it manually to the database but a new scan will overwrite it.

When you go into the bios of the server, is the dell tag there?
