Client or server?

how lansweeper service distinguish a server from a client? I think I've some clients recognized as servers..

It determines it by the domain role the computer reports in WMI's Win32_ComputerSystem class. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa394102(VS.85).aspx for more information.
