When you use the connection tester with this login, do you have the same problem?

I can make an SSH connection to the server with the credentials I provide. That's why I don't understand the SSH error from Lansweeper.

This seems like a silly question, but are you sure you have the username/password right? I'd suggest attempting to connect to it through some other SSH tool and making sure, if you haven't already.

I've tried it with 1 and 2 login/passwords.

I've done that. The device tester also fails with the same error. I can make an SSH connection to the server with the credentials I provide.
