I am still having problems getting the startup.vbs script to function as expected.
I have attached a snap-shot of the error message as we as the content of the script itself.

Could you try creating a new share somewhere and put lsclient there?
"\\server\newshare\lsclient.exe fileserver"

yes indeed, i can browse to this folder since it is shared by default on the DC.
I could even run lsclient from a command line, to check connectivity.
\\domaincontrollermachinename\netlogon\lsclient.exe desktop_computer
either returning success or failure...

The network path cannot be found means that the script cannot find : "\\ONESOURCESBS\netlogon\lsclient.exe"
Can you manually locate the path?
