I am following the Lansweeper Troubleshooting guide - http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/troubleshooting-guide.aspx
I have 17 computers that have this error and the IP address is listed and it's incorrect - There is an IP address listed in the error but it's not the correct one.
I can ping the computer by FQDN, computer name, and it pulls an IP address that is valid, but lansweeper is showing a different IP address.
Example - computer01 - I can ping it, resolves 10.6.20.2, I ping -a 10.6.20.2 and it resolves computer01 - lansweeper is showing computer01 to have ip of 10.6.20.5. I believe our DNS is current, but lansweeper isn't updating.
I tried doing a ipconfig /flushdns on the workstation, but still having issues.
