Engaged Sweeper II

Hade the network guy check the Firewall and one port was blocked 139, i also uninstalled  Checkpoint Anti Virus.

Tried the  steps in the steps in this post The RPC server is unavailable. 0x800706BA   no luck.

I have LS Agent (8.4.100.1) installed on the my system but it not even showing in the test scan

If i try to deploy something i get Error. RPC Unavailable. Asset is offline or firewalled. 

At a lose of what to try next every system is showing RPC server is unavailable. but most of the data is getting updated.
