A few machines are not getting scanned.
I am getting the below error :
The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E).
I am able to ping & remote access the systems.
What can I do to fix this?

Could you please send the LsPush file to support@lansweeper.com so we can examine it. Also include a link to this forum thread in your email.

Noted.
Had placed the file in that folder & it beamed itself up.
I had done a full rescan after that but unfortunately, the computer seems offline now.
Once I get it online, what can I do next?

You have to import the file into Lansweeper by placing it in the Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\import folder on your Lansweeper server. Only Lansweeper can decrypt the information.
Note that LsPush scans the same information as other Lansweeper scanning methods.

Copied the LsPush.exe to that system in C:\temp.
Executed it using remote command prompt launched via PSEXEC.
Where do I find the results on that system?

In your temporary folder, which you can access on most operating systems by typing %temp% into your directory bar and hitting Enter.

This error most likely points to WMI corruption on the client machine. Could you do the following so we can confirm this:
- Copy the LsPush.exe found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Client on your Lansweeper server to one problem machine.
- Run the executable on the client machine. The machine will be scanned locally and the scan results attached to email and copied to your temporary folder.
- Send a link to this forum thread and the LsPush scan file to support@lansweeper.com
