I am running the latest version of LanSweeper premium. It is an upgrade from the last version. None of the tools work. When I try to run any of them I get an "Error on Page" message at the bottom of the screen. I am logged onto my machine as a regular user, but event if I am logged on as a domain admin I get the same thing.
I am inheriting this from a previous admin and am fairly new to Lansweeper so any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure you installed the 3.6 plugin?
If you installed the 3.5 plugin first you have to delete these files first (nsIScriptablePluginShellExec.xpt)
You also need to replace the actions.js file for firefox 3.6.

I'm using Firefox 3.6 and the free version. I've enacted the steps listed on the Firefox plug-in page for version 3.6 and can see the 1.0.0.1 version of the plug-in enabled. However, the tools still do not work. I can see the javascript call down on the status bar when I hover over a link, but when I click on the link nothing happens. I have been able to get them to work in IE8 though.
