We just purchased the premium version, and I attempted an AD scan. It only populated a few of the many servers and computers.
Two questions:
First - is there a way to trigger the service to perform an AD scan?
Second - are there any log files I can refer to or debugging I can enable to see what the issue might be?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Guess I didn't wait long enough. It seems to be working now. Is there any way to artificially accelerate that process / trigger a fulll domain scan?

This is currently not possible.

Are only member servers affected by this problem?
They usually report in every 24 hours.

There are no errors in the log (just startup info). I've had this running for more than a day, and it's found 7 out of 25. Is there any debugging I can enable to see more information on the processes? Thanks.

Do you see any errors in the errorlog.txt file.
If this is with active scanning it is normal that you don't get all computers on the first scan.
Active scanning checks for computers seen in the last 4 hours, it then repeats this process every 15 minutes. Within a day you will see all your computers if the connected to the network.
