When I click on the Errors tab on a computer with errors, below the list of errors is a link that reads "Find solutions to common problems in the troubleshooting guide" which links to http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/troubleshooting-guide.aspx. When I click on the link I get HTTP 404 error "The resource cannot be found".

Thanks. I was looking to see if there was any new guidance on things to look for when troublshooting computers on which the OS or software were not getting scanned. About 10% of the computers in my environment always seem to have trouble being scanned (with both 3.5.2 and 4.0 beta).
