We are testing out the Network Discovery Hub and are running into an issue where only the IT Sensor stops while the OT sensor stays active. I do not see a way to start the sensor back up, nor is there any apparent reason why it is stopping during IP range scans. Out of all the scannable assets we have (over 4000 in the On-Prem side, including LsAgent/LsPush/IT Agent assets), only 706 have been detected by Network Discovery because of the constant stops. When the sensor stops, it clears the entire queue. Without knowing when it fails, we then we have to start back from the beginning with scans once again.

Looking through the forums for IT Sensor Stopped/Stops does not bring any information up, and I can't find any solid guide or manual for using the Hub let alone troubleshooting, only how to install and configure it...

Hello Rinks, 
Can you share logs with the Lansweeper Support team. 
They should be able to look at what might go wrong with your IT sensor.
Logs are stored in C:\Program Files\Lansweeper IT Agent Discovery\sensors\IT.
Can you open a Support case and share those files?
If they need more, they'll let you know.
