Unable Using Lsremote on PC administrator

Hi there,

I'm unable to perform lsremote on my PC (open lansweeper website)-error msg "RPC Server Unavailable" , but if i perform lsremote on server (Lansweeper server) no problem.

Please ensure that you meet the Remote Control requirements listed on page 149 of our online documentation: http://www.lansweeper.com/documentation.pdf
Most likely the necessary ports are not open on the target machine.
