I'm not able to use the uninstaller software. When I click the Connect button the following message appears:
"General error on remote WMI service. Unspecified error, ClassID: (C2FEEEAC-CFCD-8B05-11D1-00600806DIB6)"

This happens with every machine that I try to connect the software uninstaller.

You need an administrative account, normally you will get an "access denied" if you are no admin.
You can start the remote uninstaller with the runas command.

I ran the server, logged in with an administrative account and it worked.
When I run the uninstaller software must be logged in with an administrative account?
Where do I determine the account that runs the software desinstaldor?

This isn't a known problem, could you test if it works from a different computer source, so we can rule that out.
