I have a problem with the Memorytype variable/column in the tsysMemoryTypes Table. When the value is "0", the corresponding value assigned to the MemoryName variable/column is "Unknown". What is the cause of this? Does lansweeper self-assign this column/variable when it cannot interpret the actual value returned by the scanned computer, or does it obtain this 0 value from the scanned computer. What is a potential way forward for obtaining more specific info assigned to this variable. Is it a lansweeper limitation or a system limitation?

Lansweeper gets this information from WMI.

Most of the times a bios upgrade solves the "unknown"
