I just purchased some volume licenses for Windows XP Pro, Vista and Win7 Pro. While XP installed licenses product key is recognized correctly, product key for Win 7 installations are not recognized. All I get is "Unrecoverable MAK key " OSname Product ProductKey Win 7 Windows 7 Professional Unrecoverable MAK key
This is normal behavior. Lansweeper cannot recover Microsoft MAK keys, as these are not stored on the computer. When Lansweeper tries to scan these keys it will return the product ID, but not the actual product key.
