Updating workstation data!!

I have new user account in my network...why the report didn`t updated...i can ping into the workstation but the report still didn`t showed up...is there something wrong??

All reports have specific lastscanned dates.
They depend on the "scan every x days" which you can configure using the lsmanage tool

all report, the computer report and the software report...the user already logs on and the lsclient runs.. but when i see the last seen date, it didn`t show the current time, it`s show the last time i logged in into that computer, but didn`t show the latest report from the new user..can you help me??

Which report are you talking about?
User informationis only gathered when the user logs on to a workstation and the lsclient runs.
