We have just started our upgrade from 4.2 to 5.0
The documentation says that the installer will detect everything that needs to be upgraded on the machine.
However, on our system the website did not get detected and was not upgraded after the procedure.
The database and the service are fine but we can no longer acces the website (most likely compatibility).
Our website runs on iis and is located on the D-drive of our server.
How can we now upgrade the website without removing the complete installation?
