With Visa PC and Citrix Servers, I get "Never scanned software", The firewall is off and remote registry service is running. as per "How to configure Windows Vista clients."

Please can you help.

OK I reset the register permissions to back to default and look to be ok now.

Remote Registry is Auto and started

Vista defaults the Remote Registry service to Manual or Disabled. You need to change it to Auto and Start it. Then try the connection test again.

This is a security issue.
The lansweeper account does not have access to the registry.

It should be in your start menu where you installed lansweeper.

Where do I find the tester?

Could you try the connection tester to these clients please and attach the output.
Try with both FQDN,computername and IP address.
