Visa PC's and Citrix Server

With Visa PC and Citrix Servers, I get "Never scanned software", The firewall is off and remote registry service is running. as per "How to configure Windows Vista clients."

Please can you help.

Is this the only error available?

Could you try the connection tester to these clients please and attach the output.
Also see if there are any errors for these clients in your errorlog.txt or console screen.
