VNC in Action Screen

I have the Enterprise version of VNC and would like to use VNC from the Action menu. However, when I click on it the response received is File not Found and the status bar reads:

javascript:runApp('vncviewer.exe computername','false');

VNC is loaded on my computer in C:\Program Files(x86)\RealVNC\vnc4\vncviewer.exe
I have also modified the Local Security settings in IE to prompt.

I have also tried this from another computer running the VNC viewer and I am getting the same result.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried setting the custom action to: C:\Program Files(x86)\RealVNC\vnc4\vncviewer.exe {computer} ?
