I've been scanning for more than a year with no issues. The past two days we've had voip problems and it appears the lansweeper service is infringing on the voice qos and it pushing data on the voice vlan.
The question I have is Lansweeper talking EF or bleeding into the voice vlans? We have defined some switches on our auditing track, so it appears when it queried some switches that it may have affected the voice quality between Los Angeles and Pennnsylvania sites.
Thanks

You can limit the ip ranges Lansweeper scans in the configuration tool.
