I just installed this fantasitic tool and everything is working great -- the clients are reporting on logon and the database is filling-up nicely.
However, the ASP.net application seems really slow -- not even the normal first time "start up" delay, but every click takes 5 minutes for everything to complete. Is this normal? The server is a Dual core 2Gb ram, so I don't think that's too shabby. Followed the instructions and the site does work. Just with enough time to grab more coffee after every click.
Any pointers?

I got it figured out -- must have been some tweaked-out setting on that server -- installed it on a server after a fresh OS install and it works like a charm. Thanks!

Are you running other websites in this server without any problems?
Is this a windows 2000/2003 server?
You can even run the website on old hardware.
could you try changing in the web.config "true" to "false"
<compilation debug="true"/>
