Dear Concern,

We created a single group to allow them for accessing all the roles. It is working fine when we excluded the two roles called (Access Websuite & Edit configuaration), But when entered the same group to any one of these two roles, the member in that created group is also getting restricted to access the website and Configuaration.

The users in the group should be accessbile for all the roles. but in this context that's not happening. Kindly need your Recommendation as soon as possible.

Problem resolved through email. An incorrect format was used to submit the user group. You must use the format NetBIOS domain name\group name

We created a group called 'LANWEB' in which we added up only two Major users. when we assigned this LANWEB group to all the Web Roles excluding Access Website and Edit configuration, it is working fine. But when we assigned the same group to those excluded web roles, The two users in that group are also unable to access the console and even configuration.

The fact is the users in the LANWEB group should be able to access the site and configuration which is not happening.

Could you please clarify what you are trying to do. If you want a group to have full access to the Lansweeper web console, you must add it to all available user roles.
