On our Lansweeper Onprem solution, a user now fails to login to the website with error "Invalid login credentials"

Account was removed from a domain group, but this group is nowhere inside Lansweeper.

The user has been in the User Access & Roles as Administrator with his Domain account for 3+ years, and nothing have changed inside LANSweeper, nor in Active Directory on the account, but this morning, he simply get the error.

We have tried from a browser :Login with domain\user, login with user. Afterwardss tried the same in Incognito Browser, in Edge browser, and Inprivate Browser. Cleared Cache on all browsers, restarted the machine, and tried again. No Luck

Then the user logged into the Lansweeper server with his domain\user credentials successfull, and he tried all abov e options again - still no luck.

Other Lansweeper administrators can log into Lansweeper, and have no problems.

The event logs say nothing about credential failure, and Lansweeper log just say NO.

Upgraqde to latest version did not help either

Any ideas and suggestions are appreciated.
