Hi there,
I've got Lansweeper installed on a Windows 7 Desktop which is sitting in our Server room. The install is using IIS Express.
Our Security folks have requested I lock down the website for Lansweeper.
To that end thanks to a email from Support I reviewed and followed the suggestion on http://lansweeper.com/kb/restrict.aspx
However now the security guys are saying that yes while I have enabled security, it needs to happen over https and not http. They also want me to limit the access by groups.
Can someone give me some direction on how I can configure the iisexpress.config file to make this happen? Or do we need to look into getting lansweeper installed on a server with a full version of IIS?
thanks,
Robert

I suggest switching to full IIS for this.
