Lansweeper currently determines a computer's anti-virus status by comparing its scanned software against a built-in list of known anti-virus software. Lansweeper software scanning recreates the information listed under Add/Remove Programs (Programs & Features) on the client machine and Windows Defender is not listed here, which explains the problem.
