I have around 1000 workstation. LS can access 800 of them. 200 cas wmi or other access problem.

Within the 800 audited computers, there are 2 that appears in the "All workstations without antivirus". In LS does not appear the antivirus software. I made a full scan, and now appear new things, but not the antivirus.

Actually both of them have ESET 4.2.67.10, but it does not appear in the LS software table

I have installed Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Workstations v6.04. Also writes that the antivirus is not installed. Why?

If the software is discovered you need to add it in the configuration tool/anti virus software

Thanks for the advice. I have installed Kaspersky Anti-Virus Russian version. I added a title in Russian and everything was fine.

Please provide a .reg export file from key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

Which version of Lansweeper are you using?
Is the workstation 32/64 bit?

Yet. ESET Nod 32 appears in the add and remove programas

Is the software visible in the add/remove programs on that computer?
